Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and 1fachai ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 1fachai website, mobile-browser platform, games, payment services, promotional programmes, and all associated features and content (collectively, "the Services").

Your continued use of the 1fachai platform following any amendment or update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 1fachai.pro/terms-conditions.

These Terms are written in English and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the 1fachai platform. This requirement is consistent with the minimum age for casino-style gambling as prescribed under the framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 1fachai enforces strict age verification at registration. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 1fachai platform is operated and made available to players located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 1fachai makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Process. To access real-money gaming features, you must create a verified account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Acceptable identification includes a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID, or PRC licence.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account with 1fachai at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must notify 1fachai promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1fachai username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 1fachai will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your 1fachai account — including all wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been carried out by you personally and is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1fachai support immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension by User. If you wish to temporarily or permanently close your 1fachai account for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns, you may do so by contacting our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. See Section 10 for further details on responsible gaming tools.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 1fachai reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ₱50 per month to dormant accounts after written notice has been provided to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance following the dormancy period may be closed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1fachai accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All PHP-denominated transactions are processed at face value with no hidden conversion fees for standard GCash and Maya transactions.

4.2 Deposit Processing. PHP deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 1fachai wallet within sixty (60) seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may require up to thirty (30) minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule and any applicable maintenance windows.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Verified account holders may request withdrawals at any time. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. 1fachai may require additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at any time as part of our routine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 1fachai account holder.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as daily and monthly transaction limits, are published within the Cashier section of your 1fachai account. These limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier. 1fachai reserves the right to adjust these limits upon reasonable notice.

4.6 Funds Not Used for Gambling. All funds deposited into your 1fachai account are held specifically for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform. 1fachai does not pay interest on account balances. Account funds are not insured deposits and do not carry any investment or savings function.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and VIP rewards offered by 1fachai are available to verified account holders in good standing unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms. 1fachai reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are disclosed at the time of each offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 1fachai actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, collusive play, and coordinated exploitation of promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to the cancellation of bonuses and associated winnings, and may be suspended.

5.4 Promotional Changes. 1fachai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players via the registered account email address or platform notification.

5.5 One Bonus Per Household. Where a promotion is limited to one claim per player, this limit also applies to individuals sharing the same household, IP address, device, or payment method, regardless of whether separate accounts are registered.

Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 Game Availability. The 1fachai game library — including JILI slots, live dealer baccarat, dragon tiger, speed baccarat, bingo, sportsbook markets, and all other titles — is made available on an "as available" basis. 1fachai does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any specific game or provider.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All slot and non-live-dealer games on the 1fachai platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are provided by the respective game providers.

6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games, including baccarat and dragon tiger, are conducted in real time by trained human dealers using physical playing cards or equipment. Game outcomes in live dealer environments are determined by physical dealing processes and are not subject to RNG manipulation. Video streams are provided by licensed third-party studios.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, 1fachai reserves the right to void the affected bet. Where a game result cannot be verified due to a system error, the affected wager will be refunded to your account balance. 1fachai's decision on such matters is final.

6.5 Disputed Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with 1fachai support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. 1fachai's resolution process involves reviewing game logs and, where applicable, live stream recordings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1fachai platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register while under the age of 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering;
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other tool to misrepresent your geographic location;
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing 1fachai accounts or account balances;
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 1fachai staff or other players via any support channel.

Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content. All content on the 1fachai platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary property of 1fachai or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Restricted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1fachai platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 1fachai platform or its content without the express written permission of 1fachai.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content, including JILI slots, Pragmatic Play titles, and live dealer streams, is the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers and is licensed to 1fachai for use on the platform. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. 1fachai endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or factors outside 1fachai's reasonable control, including Philippine telecommunications network outages.

By using the 1fachai platform, you acknowledge that you participate in all gaming activities voluntarily and at your own risk.

9.3 Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1fachai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.

9.4 Third-Party Services. 1fachai is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, telecommunications networks, or other external services integrated with the platform. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be addressed directly with those providers.

Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. 1fachai is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gaming on the 1fachai platform is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any verified account holder may request a self-exclusion period at any time by contacting 1fachai's 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion periods range from twenty-four (24) hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be restricted from all real-money gaming activity and promotional communications.

10.3 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits directly from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease limits are applied immediately.

10.4 Reality Checks. Players may enable session duration alerts within their account settings to receive periodic reminders of their playing time and financial activity during active sessions.

10.5 Underage Gambling Prevention. 1fachai strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned about a minor accessing online gaming, we recommend using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites.

Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. 1fachai reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or for security reasons.

12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the 1fachai platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12.3 Version History. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Prior versions of these Terms are retained internally and are available upon written request.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and your use of the 1fachai platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 1fachai's support team, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable law.
